This school project was fun and pain-staking. I wanted to make a statement on the rapidly expanding population that few people seem concerned with. I bought a can of sardines and some Goya canned meat because it came with the key thingie to open it. I photographed them in my dining room, scanned the pictures and made the overall comp in Photoshop. Then I printed the images and transferred it to bristol and intentionally stippled every single dot to make sure each was placed in the best position so the pattern was even, the shading just right. It took a long time, but I am very pleased with the result. The sardines were fed to my cats, and the Goya canned meat donated to the food drive.
