Seton Highlands is an upscale active-adult condo community in Plymouth, MA. It is located in the prestigious Pine Hills community.
The target demographic are financially secure active-adults over 55 years old. Luxurious living quarters, an active on-site social scene and maintenance-free lifestyle are the key selling points. This site was designed to coincide with the storybook theme of the brochure.
I handled the entire design of the site; Production was handled by another team.
