Wellington Place is an apartment community near Boston in Medford, MA. Among the many benefits is that it's located across the street from a T stop on the orange line, and is walking distance from the up-and-coming Medford Square.
This web site was designed in conjunction with their brochure to highlight the community's benefits - easy commute, center of town location, on-site fitness center and overall luxury accommodations. To reinforce the easy commute to Boston, Flash animations were incorporated into the site to give the visitor the idea of being on a train, and through the windows you can see the benefits of living at Wellington Place.
At the time when the site was designed, the apartment community was still in the construction phase, so the website's primary purpose was to educate potential residents about the community before it was completed.
I handled the entire design, HTML production and Flash animations for the site.
